ASRJ leather bags are carefully crafted to stay with you for a long time.

To clean, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, heat, or excessive moisture, as these can cause the leather to dry out or fade. Store your bag in a cool, dry place, ideally in the provided dust bag, to protect it from dust and scratches.

If you are unsatisfied with your item you are welcome to return it within 15 days from the day you received it. Please email us using the contact form on the website.

Item(s) must be unused, undamaged and still retaining their original tags. You will be required to arrange and pay for the postal return of the items to us. Alternatively, you may return by hand to our North London studio.

Jenna Studios has the right to reject returned items if the items received do not meet our return criteria. These items will be sent back to the customer.
